I paid for pack Photography (Lr,Lrc,Ps) and 20GB of cloud storage . . ." $9.99/mo. But I can't download it. Only Lr is available. How to correct?

Are you sure you paid for the correct subscription? There are two $9.99 subscriptions. The 'Photography Plan' includes the three apps you mention and 20GB cloud space. The 'Lightroom plan' costs the same and contains only Lightroom and 1 TB cloud space. It sounds like maybe you purchased the Lightroom plan.

The Creative Cloud desktop app may first need to be brought up to date.

check your plan

check your e-mail,address against the plan
