Photography Plan disappeared (but still being charged)

Hi!

I'm a paying customer (photography plan). The Photography plan disappeared from my panel and my Lightroom reverted to free mode. All of the contact options are disabled (I'm treated as a non-paying customer), I cannot even file a complaint.

Dear Adobe, how can I contact you so you stop charging me or enable my photography plan?

If that's not it, then please know that we're not Adobe, we're just Lightroom Classic users; and we cannot help with subscription problems. You have to contact Adobe.

LATEST

Reinstall the Creative Cloud Application Manager and sign in using your Adobe ID and password. IF your subscription payment is up-to-date, that should resolve the issue.
