Hi, Bonjour,

I have the following issue with Lighroom classic :

While trying to import pictures from my external HD, Lightroom shows me the various folders of my disk but they seems to be fully empty. No pictures can be imported as no pictures are shown....

Under the Windows (10) I can see them anyhow...!!

What is wrong ??

Bonjour,
J'ai le problème suivant :
Lorsque je veux importer des photos depuis mon disque dur externe, Lightroom trouve bien les différents dossiers mais n'affiche plus aucune photos alors qu'elle sont présentes dans l'explorateur (Windows 10)

In the import window make sure that Show SubFolders is checked in  the left column under source.

Hi

I did so… ! Unfortunatelly no results…. !

Whatever the Show SubFolders is checked or not this does not change anything...

But in windows I can still view my pictures (hopefully...!)

Any idea ?
