I don't think a PDF version is available, although I could be mistaken. Why do you feel you need such a version? Is there a particular problem we can help you with?

I am bit old fashined so I want a "book" to read, I will use the on line help.

Links to PDF versions of the online User Guides are available at this web page:

However, the PDF for Lightroom Classic linked from that page is dated October 2018, yet the Adobe URL for it looks current, so Adobe probably has not updated the PDF version. Which is another reason why the HTML User Guide is better: It’s more current.
