Portfolio

I couldnt find a link for just Portolio issues so I'm trying here. For some reason when an image is downloaded diredtly from Portfolio, all metadata is stripped out, inlcuding copyright & contact info. The same image, exported directly from LR has all the metatada. Any ideas?
