Presets are gone

Good evening all,

I need some assistance please - I have looked at all the posts for missing presents and tried all of them and none of them have worked.

I have a bunch of presets I use, but in the last two days they have dissapeared. I have un-installed LRC and re-installed it and that did not work.

Can anyone give me some assistance?

Your screen-clip shows you setting Presets for your Camera (Not in the Develop module!).

What do you see when you expand one of the Groups?  You definitely have some Groups of Presets showing!

What do you see when you Develop a RAW photo file, and expand the Presets Panel?

Do you see Groups in the panel?

Are you developing a RAW file or a JPG/TIF file?

What do you see in the [Manage Presets] menu when you [Right-click] the [+] on the Preset panel header?
