i have presets for lightroom mobile, they are DNG, can I change them so I can use them in my Lightroom Classic?
The DNG files are, in fact, image files (in the DNG 'wrapper') with editing included in the metadata.
The DNG when imported to Lr-Classic, Lr would read the metadata and apply the edits visually to the photo.
Next step would be to save a Preset that will include those edits.
You would save a Preset from each DNG, each having different edits.
I just did a test- I opened a DNG file directly in ACR (not Lr). Made some edits, Imported this file to Lr, created a Preset. Success- this new preset wor
