Presets

I perchased froknows photos presets and having major trouble getting access to them,i have the files but they are not showing in’s up in my Lightroom. When i double click the file it opens up and it looks like a mini version of the matrix I’m obvously doing something wrong here.

can any one help?

What format does the file have you got?

Which (exact) version of LR are you using?
