Problem with mouse LRC v10.0

Hello, I use lightroom classic regularly, oddly today after having transferred my photos from my device to lightroom no way to move my photos to my collection and even inside the various collections more ways to move the photos with the mouse by dragging, on EDITION the copy paste commands are greyed out so inactive .. 

I am working on MAC mojave system  If someone can help me? Thank you in advance.

Where are the original images stored? Are you seeing smart previews or original images? If you are using an external drive make sure that it is connected and that you see a green light next in the Folders panel next to the name of the drive.

my problem is solved I can again move my photos in LR and yet I did not modify anything, thank you for your answer
