In the catalog in lightroom the photos are perfect, when I click edit in photoshop they open very grainy. I don't know what's happening.

In Photoshop, go to Edit > Preferences > Performance, and make sure that Cache Levels is set to 4 or higher.

OK, so it's not the cache levels.

If you compare the image at 100% view in Lightroom with 100% view in Photoshop, do you then see a difference?

I went there at the PS, it didn't help!

If you changed the number in the Cache levels, you have to restart Photoshop for the change to take effect.
