Problema en la app de Lighroom Classic

Al momento de tratar de importar mis fotos en archivo RAW de mi carpeta de descarga, me aparece un error ( imposible hacer copia ). Nunca me había sucedido y la app si tiene acceso a mi carpeta de descargas. Espero me ayuden o solucionen el problema.

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom Classic you're using along with your computer's OS? Also, please share a screenshot of the error you're getting while importing.

Are you able to import image from other folders or locations on your computer? Does the import works if you select Add or Move instead of Copy in the import window?

"unable to copy", could you please provide the exact unedited word-for-word error message.

Please state the exact version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic. Please state the exact version NUMBER of your operating system. (Do not use words like "lastest", we need the version NUMBERs)

Please check to make sure that you have write permission to the Destination folder, and please check that your Destination folder has not accidentally changed to someplace where you do not have write permission.
