good morning everyone, I have a problem with Lrc - and also with Lr -: once the photos have been imported (CR2 or JPG) Lrc does not export them (neither by inserting a watermark nor without a watermark). It is a big problem for me, as I can't turn the processed photos to my customers ... can you help me?

What do you mean "Lrc does not export them"? What does happen? If there is an error message, show us a screen capture.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Some observation, unfortunately, I do not think they are your problem, but
Monitor: 1) 1360x768
so, not 4K
and
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce 940M (26.21.14.3602)
So NVIDIA GPU driver v436.02. currently listed driver at NVIDIA is v451.67, dated 5 days ago.
so two things,
1. In /preferences/performance, do not select to use Graphics Processor, sub 4K, so you probably will not get any acceleration, AND you may get performance degradation.
2. Update your GPU driver. You should have an NVIDIA utility app called GeForce Experience to deal with that.
