Good afternoon! When I started Lightroom, a window appeared: "would you recommend the program to your friends?" And at this point, the program stopped responding and crashed. After the restart, the directory and all the user presets disappeared. The directory is empty and there are no presets in the storage folder either. Can you tell me if they can be restored?

Well, I suppose I know the answer to that recommendation question... This sounds like Lightroom lost the connection to its catalog after the crash, and created a new one. Check your Pictures folder to see if you can find it. Lightroom catalog files have the .lrcat extension.
