I've not heard of the Frameo but I did a google and found this:

https://frameo.supportbee.io/545-help-center/4675-faq-frame/3514-frame-how-to-transfer-photos-from-y...

As far as getting your images from LRC to the Frameo, you will need to export the image (Command/Control-Option-E) to a folder on your computer so that you can then send them off to Frameo. There is no control within LRC to do this directly.

The issue is that the images in LRC are in folders (somewhere) on your computer. But the information as to any changes you've made is in the catalog so if you send the images to Frameo from the folders, none of the enhancements will show up. By exporting the images into anther folder on your computer and then sending them to Frameo, you will be sending the images and their enhancements.
