Radial filter shrinks & draws random stroke with a Wacom tablet

My radial filter when using it shrinks and goes large any random and is hard to control as well as when I use the brush tool it fills the whole image instead of the area I'm coloring? I have Mac and  I use a Wacom have forever and now it's doing this any advice

Hi there,

Sorry that the brush tool does not work as expected and it's not covering the brushing area as desired. 

It'd help if you can share some info:

• Which version of Photoshop are you using? (like 21.1)
• What is your Mac OS version? (like Catalina 10.15.3)
• Have you checked for update of Wcaom drivers?
• Does the problem occurs while draawing using a mouse?
