Hello. I have looked into quite few File Management System for Lightroom and I am not sure they are the best systems. Would appreciates it if anyone could recommend any source online or in books to purchase that teaches you the best FMS in Lightroom. Thank you.

I would recommend not thinking about a "File Management System" and instead think about a "Photo organizing system".
Use the simplest possible folder structure, a parent folder with subfolders named by Capture Date. Put the photos into this structure and never move them (EXCEPTION: If you have to move them to a new disk or new computer, then you should move them). Spend the rest of your time organizing by adding keywords and other metadata to your photos. WHen you need to search for a photo, you can search by keyword and/or other metadata. You won't search by capture date, as in most cases you will not remember the capture date.

Peter Krogh is an expert about digital asset management (DAM) who has written The DAM Book, an excellent guide about organizing media at the professional level. In the book he uses Lightroom Classic to illustrate his examples.
