relink media

Hi Folks, I am running LightRoom and have somehow managed to unlink my entire media library--25K plus pics. I discovered it in the trash, transferred it to an external HDD, and emptied the trash. But now I can't seem to re-link it. I can open the old library with all folders and collections intact, just need to re-link--and in bulk--not the 'click on the exclamation point' for each individual file!

You can re-link entire folders, or an entire hierarchy of folders. See Figure 4 here: http://www.computer-darkroom.com/lr2_find_folder/find-folder.htm
