Remove Admin Protection from Lightroom Classic so I can change DPI settings

Lightroom Classic has recently become very blurry when using it on my laptop. When I extend to monitors this fixes the problem, but I'd like to be able to use it directly from my laptop. I've figured out I need to be able to override DPI scaling properties, but this option is greyed out in the apps properties tab.

I'm thinking this may be because the app is protected by admin (has the admin shield on the app) and I need to approve the app opening each time.

Please help! Thanks
