Remove formerly synched photos from LR mobile

Greetings. I apologize if this has been covered before. I am trying to remove roughly 2000 photos from Lightroom Mobile on my iPhone. The pictures were originally placed in Lightroom Mobile by synching a collection from Lightroom CC to my phone.  I have clicked the button in LR CC to stop synching the photos but the pictures remain in Lightroom Mobile. How do I dispose of them. I should probably also note that I would prefer not to remove all photos from LR Mobile. Thanks in advance.

In Lightroom Desktop, go to Library's Catalog panel and All Synced Photos. Remove the photos from here.
