I have moved to Lightroom from Nikon software. When I imported with Nikon, I could rename files to begin YYYY-MM-DD. I can't figure out if this is possible with LR. The closest option I see is YYYYMMDD. How do I get the dashes?

Just use the year month and day tokens with a - between them in the rename custom dialog   Add whatever you need at the end to make them unique.

Thank you Bob. This is exactly what I was after. I knew I was missing something obvious.
