Restore purchase Lightroom on iPhone and Macbook

I purchased Lightroom on iphone last time and was able to work on Macbook as well. But this time when I renew my subscription on iPhone, Lightroom on my Macbook said "Renew your subscription at any time using your Adobe ID. You can also sign out and use an Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription, or continue to use Lightroom with limited functionality." 

This is confusing! Does it mean if I subscribe on iPhone, I cannot use Lr on Macbook anymore?
