Hi all- I just installed the latest version of LR on my computer. When I use the dropper tool I am not getting RGB numbers anymore, just able to select white balance with it. Can anyone help me? I have used LR Classic for about six months and was very comfortable with it. I still love to check skin tone with RGB numbers so would really like them back!

Thanks to you all in advance.

You probably installed the cloud version of Lightroom by accident. RGB numbers are not available in that. This is not the new version of Lightroom at all. It is a port of the mobile version of Lightroom to desktop operating systems. It stores all images in the cloud but misses 90% of Lightroom (Classic's) features. Look whether the icon for Lightroom has square corners. If it has rounded corners it is the cloud version and not the one you want if you want to read RGB numbers and many other featu

With the WB Dropper tool I can see the RGB values in two places-

1)  Below the Histogram.

2)  In the [Pick a Target] grid icon that follows the dropper.

"Latest Version" does not tell us anything.

Please post a screen-clip of your System Info  [MEMU: Help > System Info...]

I use the create cloud desktop and my lightroom classic now has Lrc as an icon and shows as version 9.3. I do not have the RGB numbers.  It used to have a clear square edge before the latest update. How do I get that version back on my creative cloud desktop? Thanks

You have the correct version. One of the features of the update is the new icon.
