Scammed?

I bought Adobe Lightroom Classic software for Windows on Etsy. The advertisement for the software said "Pre-Activation - Lifetime Activation". But after downloading and installing the programme, I opened it and was taken to the Adobe website where I was asked to now pay an additional monthly subscription. Is this for real or have I been scammed? Why am I paying twice? I'm asking here because apparently there is no way to talk to an actual human being in Adobe's Help Centre. I just get routed back to the FAQs page. This sucks and I haven't even tried it out yet!

This has nothing to do with Adobe. If below is what you bought then you got scammed! Lightroom is a subscription only product that requires a monthly payment. It also says, "You Have The Right For A Full Refund Guaranteed If You're Not Satisfied. Go get your refund from Etsy!

Rob, at the link I provided it also shows the below text. Either way I suggest contacting the seller for a full refund due to false advertising. If no refund is offered contact Etsy directly. This is totally bogus!
