When I am using Lightroom Classic (or Photoshop, or any other Adobe product) on my Windows Surface Book, I have an issues when plugging back into the the external ultrawide desktop monitor via the surface dock.  On the desktop monitor, the screen is zoomed way in and everything is so large.  I have to close Lightroom and reopen it again (which takes time) to get it to adjust to the desktop monitor. Is there a way to reset that within Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. without exiting?

Surface desktop resolution:  3240 x 2160

Monitor resolution:  2560 x 1080

Thanks
