Selectivo y corrección

Buenas quería saber si alguien puede ayudarme, ya que pague la suscripción Premium, donde me cobraron el dinero y no puedo utilizar la semana funciones Premium como corrección y selectivo!!! Alguien que me pueda ayudar por favor

Please post your system information as lightroom reports it. In lightroom click on Help, click on System Info, click on Copy. Paste into a reply.

In Lightroom Classic, in the develop module, lower right panel, in Camera Calibration, for your current photo,  what process version? If an old one, some features  may  not apply, some sliders nay not appear.

One of the possible issues that your system information will show is your Operating System, some older Operating Systems such as Windows 7, and old MACOS versions may not support some features.

What specific features or options or edits do not work, or are not available.

Are you working with RAW or JPEG photos, or does the failure occur either way?
