Separating Flagged Photos From the Rest IN FOLDER

Hello all,

I work with two other people that help me edit the massive amounts of photos that we take at any given shoot/event. I want to give them a portion of the selects that I've chosen (flagged) to edit themselves. However, I do not want to manually control-click every photo in folder that I've selected. Any ideas?

I am using Lightroom Classic.

Do they (the "others") work with the same computer and same Catalog?

If so-

Filter for 'Flagged' attribute photos, select [Ctrl+A]

Create a COLLECTION- include 'Selected' photos,

Ask the others to edit the photos in the Collection.

They do not, sadly. However, you did just give me a brilliant idea, I forgot that I could transfer them the photos as well as the catalog. Thank you very much!

Some info here-

Catalog on multiple computers?

A "Self Contained Catalog" on an external drive might be the answer.

Or an alternative would be to treat the sharing as 'out-sourcing' by [Export as a Catalog] just the 'flagged' photos, have the others edit these in this temporary catalog, then you [Import from another Catalog] to have their edits apply back in your master Catalog.
