Share to...(from Lightroom to Adobe Portfolio/synced/changed albums not showing within Lightoom)

Hello all, 

Please forgive if re-post or categorized improperly.  

I am attempting to add an image from Lightrooom (by right-clicking an individual image) to my Adobe Portfolio page.  I have been doing the following: 

Right-clicking "Share to", /Adobe Portfolio...it then prompts me to select (from dropdown) available 'pages/projects' and by default, "Add to..." displays "New Project".  

When I hit the dropdown, only 2 of the created pages I have made in Portfolio are visible, and the names are not current, despite having refreshed/synced edits on Portfolio and having relaunched Lightroom.  

I can't figure out why the names of the pages have not changed and visible within Lightroom.  Does anyone have any tips or has anyone else encountered this and/or found a work around?  With many thanks!!

Which version-desktop Lightroom or Lightroom Classic, a browser version, tablet or phone?

How do I remove photos that I have synced to free up space in the Cloud?  Thanks very much.

Hello cmgap - thanks for the reply.  

I am using latest version of Mac (Big Sur 11.2.3) and in Lightroom, also latest version (v 4.2); using on laptop with latest version of Safari (v 14.0.3).
