Signing in

I've been having trouble signing in from the app downloaded onto my pc it only gives me trial options but it doesn't let me sign in. It does say 

"already own Lightroom" but it doesn't give me the option to click on it. I need it to be able to edit exporting size n pixels

Are you signed in with your Adobe ID and password on th Creative Cloud Application Manager?

Yes I am, I tried login out and signing back in with my email but it keeps on poping up that way.
