I cannot seem to import, export, neither synchronize my photos in lightroom classic and lightroom mobile. All other programs work fine. What can be done?

I can open Lightroom. Though, I can only view the photos the catalog and
edit them, but I cannot seem to import any new ones, neither export them.

1. System Information as Lightroom Classic (LRC) reports it. In LRC click on Help, click on System Info, click on Copy. Paste that info into your reply. Paste, do not attach. Include all info from first line down to and including plug-in info.

3. Where do you file your photos at, what hard drive? Is this an internal, or an external hard drive? Or perhaps a NAS?

Whenever I try to import a photo from the desktop, or an external hard
drive it gives me a message that says the photo is not able to be edit and
the name of the files below this message.

As for the synchronization 'pause/ on' bottom under my name on the top left
corner right is not working at all, or in better words, it is blocked, I
cannot press it at all.

On my mobile Lightroom app it states that my 'trial has expired'n the
synchronization button. Though, my product is not a trial, but the full
package.

The computer came with it? Computers do not normally come with Adobe CC programs. Not new computers. Is this a used computer?  Are you paying for an Adobe subscription plan?  Heck, what version of LRC do you have?

Sys Info would be very nice to see.

 

In the future, all those questions above, should have been in your original posting. This should not be like pulling out teath.
