Stand alone Lightroom 6 reinstalled

I have recently reinstalled lightroom 6 onto my desktop and now I get a message saying that I'm installed on too many devices.
I'm only installed on my laptop and desktop. How do I go about using Lightroom as I always have now that they're charging monthly membership?
