Still getting all black DNG in enhanced details, any solutions?

In lightroom CC works fine, but in Lightroom Classic in my main desktop I am still getting all blacked-out enhanced details. I am in Windows, AMD 1950X, AMD Radeon VII GPU, latest GPU drivers and lightroom 10.1.1, Camera Raw 13.1

My origina raw .NEF files are from a Nikon D7500.

if it helps. I moved my catalog to an external drive and fire it up in my iMac 2020 i5/5300M and enchanced details worked fine. so it seems to be either my GPU or CPU combo.
