I've currently got a PC running Windows 10 with Lightroom and Photoshop (bundle) installed on my PC. I'm getting a MacBook Air soon and worried if I have to pay for the apps again. Is it as simple as logging into my Adobe account and downloading them onto my MacBook or do I have to do anything else ?

Yes that is all there is to it. You might need to transfer your catalog files and your images but installing the programs is just logging into the creative cloud app on the new Mac and hitting install.
