Sync LR Classic not available

Hello,

 

I did not run LR Classic for quet a while. Now that I started it, my collections do not sync anymore with my mobile.

Also the double arrow that indicates that a collection is synced does not show up besides the collection.

If I create a new collection I do not have the option activate sync.

 

What could be the problem here? Did they change the function or LR classic?
