I hope you can help me. In the Collections tab I lost the boxes to the left on the triangle that you hit to sync to the cloud. they were there but now there gone. I don't know what I did to make them not show up anymore.
Please help.

If these are Smart Collctions they can't be synced to the Cloud. Please show us a screenshot of the Collections panel with the missing sync icons.

Check your sign-in status (to make sure that you're still signed in), and also check the sync status (click on the cloud icon top right) to make sure sync is still active.

Another consideration is that only one catalog can be synchronized with the cloud. If you have switched catalogs that should be the problem.
