Synchronisation von Smart-Sammlungen?

Hallo

Hat schon Scott Kelby in seinem Buch zu Lightroom 6 gefragt, aber warum kann man eigentlich auch in Lightroom 8.2 Smart Sammlungen nicht direkt synchronisieren sowie wie das mit anderen Sammlungen geht?

It is not possible to synchronize smart collections. Please explain your question more fully.

I mean it would be comfortable to have a smart collection synchronized over your devices (laptop/iPad/Desktop) as easy as it is possible with ordinary collections (with the small arrows left of the folder).

That would make it easier to modify collections and have them synchronized

If this feature is so important for you please go to the feature request forum.

There you can create a new request for the function that you would have.

Don’t create a new request. Lots of people have asked for this already. Search for the existing request and add your vote.

Please add your constructive opinion and vote to this    existing feature request: Lightroom: Ability to sync Smart Collections/Albums (Lightroom CC / Mobile / lightroom.adobe.com) | ... This is by far the most popular feature request, which is sad considering that it’s also one of the few requests which Adobe has explicitly said they won’t implement.  But recently there have been some Adobe user surveys that included questions about sync with LR CC, so maybe a product manager is trying to build a case to overrule his betters.

but isn't a bit painful for Adobe not to solve this easy and often asked demand?

Agreed. Adobe has provided lame excuses for not fully syncing between LR CC and LR Classic (not only smart collections but keywords too!).  But one of the senior LR product managers evidently doesn't believe in keywords, and the current sync implementation is a horrid, complicated, buggy mess of mediocre engineering, so implementing significant improvements to sync would not be a simple task, unfortunately.
