Teekeselchen plug-in enabled but Lr Plug in Extras does not see it.

I previously used Teekeselchen to identify duplicate photos.  It was brilliant.  I now have a new PC with Windows 10 and the latest Lightroom Classic -all updated.  I installed the Teekeselchen plug-in and Plug-in manager shows it as enabled.  But Plug-in Extras does not see it, so I cannot start the de-duplicating process.  I have tried many locations for the folder and the latest is the modules folder alongside LogiOptions Plug-In, which is visible in Plug-In Extras.  Any ideas?

Failing that, anything that does work and is as good?

Now - after days of trying, I feel stupid.  I looked at Plug-in Extras under File, but I have now seen it under Library too and Teelesenchen is there.
