Temp is blown out

When importing my images into Lightroom, the temp is not set to zero.  It used to be that way prior to the latest update. Now everything has a horrible blue hue to it.  Anyone else experiencing this? Did I hit a button wrong????? Any ideas on how to correct it would be greatly appreciated. This is what I have done so far:

I deleted Lightroom and reinstalled but removed any prior presets. TWICE

Closed/Opened it several times to no avail.

TIA

1. In your Import window, verify that Apply During Import > Develop Settings is set to None:

2. If it was already set to None, then select one of the bad photos, go to Develop, and do the menu command Develop > Set Default Settings. Click Restore Adobe Default Settings.

Are these photos that you are importing JPEG?

Check your camera for White Balance shift.

Are the photos you are importing RAW?

In Lightroom Classic, in the Develop module, basic panel, is White Balance currently As Shot? And does changing that to Daylight corect  the issue.

If so, same inquiry, in your camera, see if you are in White Balance shift.

Ahh, Everything? All the previous photos? Or just the new photos?

And if everything, all photos, new and old, does this just misbehave in Library, or does it also misbehave in Develop? And does it misbehave at 1:1 zoom?
