Dear Sir or Madam,

We are currently working with the tethering method photographing picturures straight into the lightroom classic program. However, even though the pictures are taken, they dont't always appear in the library so it needs a few takes until they show up. Could you please advise us on a solution?

Many thanks in advance

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic while shooting tethered. Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom Classic you are using along with your computers operating system?

Please check if your camera is included in the supported cameras list for tethering: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/tethered-camera-support.html

You can try troubleshooting the issues using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-tethered-capture-lightroom.html

Please let us know if it helps!
Regards,

Nikunj
