Tethering Issues with photography while using Lightroom Classic

Dear Sir or Madam, 

We are currently working with the tethering method photographing picturures straight into the lightroom classic program. However, even though the pictures are taken, they dont't always appear in the library so it needs a few takes until they show up. Could you please advise us on a solution?

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic while shooting tethered. Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom Classic you are using along with your computers operating system?
