I installed the adobe product version of Lightroom Classic CC V6 on my PC.

Later, when I installed the cloud version of Dream Weaver, Lightroom became a trial version of the cloud version.

How can I use the full version of Lightroom again?

Find your LR 6 serial number; see here for help in finding it: 

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

Then follow the instructions in this old Help page about how to "serialize" the LR CC back to LR 6:
