Bonjour,

Mes applications Adobe LRC , PS sont très lentes sur le 2ème PC.

Je suis sur PC windows 7. Ma vitesse internet est de l'ordre de 2Mb/s.

Dois je tout desinstaller et réinstaller?

Internet speed is not relevant and you really should update from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Please post the specs of your hardware like CPU, RAM, GPU, Disk ...
