I have just moved from one plan to another, where I only had the normal Lightroom access, but now I have got access to Photoshop & Lightroom Classic. My images say they are stored in the cloud in Lightroom, however how do I transfer these into Lightroom Classic and Photoshop?

I try and get these images through Creative Cloud, and it says I have 6.3GB in there, but it is showing as everything is empty. It only seems to be stored in the Lightroom App.

Can anyone help?

Hi there,

You can enable the sync in Lightroom Classic and the images you have in the Lightroom Classic storage should get synced with your Lightroom Classic catalog. Once the sync is complete, the images should appear in the catalog under Collections. The images would also get downloaded to the computer to the folder you designate for it by going to the Preferences for Lightroom Classic, then Lightroom sync.

As an alternate, you can download all the images from your Lightroom cloud storage using the Lightroom Downloader. You can check the details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/download-lightroom-photos.html

Once the images have been downloaded to the computer, you can import them to the Lightroom Classic catalog.

Regards,

Nikunj
