I am evaluating migrating my workflow from Lightroom Classic to Bridge /PS combo. I have managed to export keywords OK. How do I transfer my Collections from LR to Bridge and keep the same hierarchical structure?

Collections in Lightroom Classic only exist in Lightroom Classic. You cannot transfer them to some other software.
You can add a keyword to each photo based upon collection membership, and then transfer the keywords to Bridge or other software.
You can export the photos to folders, and keep the collection hierarchy as a hierarchy of folders, if that's what you want, although these are no longer a collection of the original photos, these are now collections of exported photos.
It's really not clear what you might gain going from Lightroom Classic to Bridge.

It's important to remember that with Lightroom you import images and with Bridge, you are referencing the images in their current location. You can access how your files are organized that mirrors your Folders in Lightroom, but not Collections. Collections is not a component in Lightroom.

As written, that is wrong.
Lightroom has Collections, Bridge has Collections, but they're entirely unrelated and there's no way to make Bridge Collections correspond to Lightroom Collections.

Just for clarification.
Collections in Lightroom Classic are not like Folders on your computer HDD system and do not function like folders.
The information about the Collections are just information/data stored within your Catalog file and is specific to that Catalog and cannot be shared. The Collections do not contain image files or copies of the image files. The image files are within Folders on your Computer.
Another major difference between Lightroom Classic and Bridge is "when you are working with Lightroom the info (edits etc.) is in the Catalog File and when you are working with Bridge the info is in the file (sidecar)".
Yes, Lightroom can also write to xmp so the info is also with the file and that is so it can be shared with Bridge / Camera Raw. Info about Collections is not stored /written to xmp.
