Translation Lightrum Classic into Russian

Hello. I almost do not speak English and because of this I have difficulty working in the Lightroom Classic program. Tell me, is it possible to officially change the interface language of this program to Russian? And if this is not possible, can I use a third-party program to change the interface language of Lightroom Classic? Will it harm the subscription and will it be legal?
