Unable Change The Aspect Ratio

I am running version 10.0 with Big Sur on my iMac.  When I attempt to crop the image and change the raio from original, "custom" reverts to "original".  I have tried to unlock this without success.

None of the Adobe programs work well if at all on the new MacOS. Maybe you should of investigated any problems with the program you need to use before you installed the BS MacOS upgrade. Ya think?
