Hi. I have never had any issues with my lightroom and now I am all the sudden getting this message; however, I am signed in so I don't know what the issue is. Can anyone help me?

Have you completely logged out of your Creative Cloud account and then signed back in? Check your Account Details under your Account Settings to see if your credit card has expired.

Lightroom or Lightroom Classic?

Some of us will not download attachments. Please include your screen capture by clicking on the "Insert Photos" icon, so then I can see the exact error message.

Your screen-clip indicates you are using Lightroom-CC2015/v6. (old!)

If you pay for a Creative Cloud subscription you need to be currently 'financial' and paid up, and then be Signed-In to the Desktop App as suggested by @cmgap .  And you should update to Lr-Classic v10.2

If you do NOT subscribe (and pay) you will need to reinstall your Lightroom v6.??  as the Perpetual Standalone version that uses a Serial Registration Key.

A quote from the Correct answer at- (Modified for Lightroom!)

https://community.adobe.com/t5/back-room/why-is-support-refusing-download-link-for-6-0-5-update-to-p...

anyone who wishes to revert to Creative Suite, or other older Adobe perpetual software title (Lightroom), complete the following steps:

  1. Uninstall all installed Adobe Applications using the included uninstallers - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
  2. Download and run the CC Cleaner tool - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Completing these two steps will leave an individual in an excellent position to then install older Adobe applications.  When the applications are installed, they will also receive a version appropriate version of the update and licensing components.

These same steps should also be utilized if someone is canceling their CC membership and wants to revert to Creative Suite (Standalone Lightroom).  If they do not, then they may receive messages about needing a subscription to use their perpetual software title.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
