Hello,

After installing Catalina on my Mac  I no longer can export pictures from LR to my external Harddisk. When I do it I get the following message: 'specified folder is write protected'. Before catalina its works perfect and a copy of my pictures went automaticlly to the external Harddisk.  What can I do?

Hi there,

We're really sorry for the export issue. It looks like a permission issue after the Mac OS update. Which version of Lightroom Classic you are using now? Could you please uninstall Lightroom Classic via Creative Cloud Desktop > Restart your machine > Reinstall it.

Let us know if that helps to resolve your issue.

Thanks,

Mohit
