A few months ago I upgraded Lightroom to the latest version and lost the ability to export slide shows as high res videos.  I was told it was a known issue and after a view months a new update fixed the problem.  Once again, I've updated to the latest version of Lightroom and the problem is back.  I can only export videos at the lowest resolution.  HELP PLEASE.

Hi, thanks for your speedy reply.  I'm now running Lightroom 2015.10.1  and Camera Raw 9.10.1 which I believe are the latest updates.  My MacPro is running OS 10.12.5.  As I recall, when this was happening with a previous version of Lightroom I was told that the problem occurred when the slide show included both horizontal and vertical images.  Has that problem returned or is it a new problem?  The work depends on being able to export high res video slide shows.  Please advise asap.  Thanks.

Hi Mohit,

What is it that you found in that thread that you think will solve my problem.   Is there a solution hidden in all that information?

LATEST

Hi Mohit.  I've reinstalled Lightroom and I am still not able to export any videos except at the lowest resolution.  The videos contain both vertical and horizontal images.  The preview and "play" work fine.  When I try a 720p export the progress bar does not move at all no matter how long I wait.  This is the same problem I had with a previous version of Lightroom and was told that it was a known issue.  Is that the case with the latest version as well?  Is there a new version on the way that will fix the problem?  Is there something else that I need to do?  This feature is ESSENTIAL to my work.  Please respond to this email.  Thanks.
