Unable to import images into Lightroom Classic 10

When I try to import images into Lightroom 10 it comes up with a screen that says "No Photos".  I have always uploaded images directly into LR.  I am using a card reader not directly from the camera.  Is anyone having the same problem?  If so,  is  there a solution to correct this problem.  I am using a Windows computer.

IIRC- This "glitch" (or bug?) might be fixed by changing the Destination Folder in the Destination panel of the Import dialog, and change 'back' to desired folder.

Also worth trying to select the 'Source' and expanding it down to the card folder that contains the image files (and not the 'Camera' name).

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
