Unable to open Lightroom 6 Version 6.14

I have updated to OS Catalina and have not opened Lightroom for a few months.

When I tried to open today the small opening screen with the purple bloom flashed on the screen and disappeared and that was it !!!

It just won't open !!!

I don't know how to help you resolve your problem. However, what ever you do DON'T uninstall Lightroom 6 from your computer! If you do you will not be able to reinstall it. The installer for Lightroom 6 is 32-bit and Catalina will not run it. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you resolve the issue as to why it won't start.

Check for a lock file that did not get deleated.
