Unexpected error opening catalog

I install, reinstall, rereintall LRC (with erasing opition activated) and it still doesn't work.

When I launch LRC, I have the message : "Erreur inattendue lors de l'ouverture du catalogue", you can trasnlate by "Unexpected error opening catalog". This happen even when I create a new catalog.

I've got the same issue since I've installed the last update.
It only works with an old catalog (from Lr5)

Hope it will be quick repaired
